We offer the following drainage and erosion services:

Downspout Extensions

To do these extensions we typically use solid and resistant 4" pipe which is buried 10-12" underground and directed towards a good area where water is able to flow out without causing any issues

French Drain

Systems

These systems require the use of perforated pipe in order to absorb the water accumulating on certain areas of your yard. The trench where this pipe is laid includes the use of filter fabric and gravel 57 to prevent the system from clogging up.

Waterproofing

This type of solution will prevent water from leaking into your home through cracks on the foundation walls.

To do waterproofing, we first dig down until revealing the section of the wall that we will work on, then we deep clean it, sealing any cracks using hydraulic cement and then we apply waterproofing paint on top and allow it to dry. Lastly, we install a wall membrane or resistant plastic on top. The soil is then put back in its place and compacted.

Channel Drain Systems

These systems are great for capturing large amounts of water coming towards a specific point. They're are most commonly installed on driveways, basement entrances, and pool areas.

Catch Basins

These drain boxes immediately capture large amounts of water. They are placed strategically in low yard areas in order to capture any water coming in that direction. We can tie these to any existing or new drainage systems so that all water flows underground towards a drainage-friendly area where water is able to drain out without causing any issues.

Sump Pump Installations

Sump pumps are used where basement flooding happens regularly and to solve dampness. They are in charge of sending water away from a house to any place where it is no longer problematic, such as a municipal storm drain or another drainage system.

Interior French Drain

Unlike an exterior French drain that's installed outside the foundation in the “mud zone”, interior drainage systems  are installed in the “clear water zone” above the footing. It stops water at the perimeter of your basement and safely drains it away.

Re-grading

Regrading is the process of grading for raising and/or lowering the levels of land.  It is typically performed to make land more leveled (flatter) or to create a positive slope that maintains water away from certain areas such as foundation walls, patios, as well as to prevent standing water issues under decks, etc.
